FNA will welcome Kathy Cruz to discuss Philly 311′s Neighborhood Liaison Program. Neighborhood liaison’s are volunteers that serve as a valuable intermediary between the neighborhood and 311. Cathy will explain how the program works and answer general questions about Philly 311.
We will also have updates from our Beautification and Zoning committees.
